Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 28, 2026

The short version: We collect your email address so we can invite you to early access. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. You can ask us to delete it any time.

Who we are

DeepcraftData, LLC operates the DeepcraftData Audit service at deepcraftdata.com and app.deepcraftdata.com. We're a US-based company building PostgreSQL database intelligence tools.

What we collect

When you join the early access waitlist, we collect:

Email address (required) — to send you an invitation when we launch.
Company name (optional) — to understand who's signing up.
Role (optional, e.g. "DBA", "CTO") — to prioritize access for the right users.
Comments (optional) — anything you choose to share about your needs.

We do not collect payment information, install tracking scripts, or use cookies beyond what's necessary to serve this page.

How we use it

Your information is used only to:

• Send you an early access invitation when the product is ready.
• Occasionally send product updates relevant to the waitlist (you can opt out any time).
• Understand the audience to build a better product.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to send transactional emails via AWS SES. AWS processes your email address on our behalf under their data processing agreements. No other third parties have access to your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after the product launches — whichever comes first. After that, we delete it from our systems.

Your rights

You can at any time:

Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Request deletion — email privacy@deepcraftdata.com and we'll remove your data within 5 business days.
Request a copy — we'll send you everything we have stored about you.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Changes to this policy

As the product evolves, this policy will be updated to reflect new features (e.g. when we add database connectivity, billing, etc.). We'll note the "last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email.
